What's Health Coaching?
Health is more than an absence of disease...
Health is feeling wholeness in all areas of your life. The purpose of Health Coaching is to improve your health and wellness through behavior and lifestyle changes. These changes can look different for everyone, but are accomplished through evidence-based skillful conversations that are tailored to help target your individual needs and health goals. Clients are educated and guided through sessions as they discover realistic and holistic solutions to meet their individual health needs.

What I Do
-Address weight management, food cravings, stress fatigue, sleep, and movement goals.
-Provide support alongside treatment plans prescribed by medical providers.
-Help clients "crowd out" alcohol, caffeine, and sugar.
-Explore nutrient-dense foods, implement seasonal eating, and help clients learn to read the food on their plate.
-Teach clients how to create meal plans for themselves.
-Discuss client symptoms and help them discover the best food choices and eating habits for them; cleared by their medical provider.
-Provide information about supplements.
-Create space for the client to discuss relationships and social health.
-Explore new hobbies, interests, and passions.
-Help clients share and reflect on their spirituality and beliefs when desired.
-Learn and evaluate the 12 different aspects of "primary" health.
-Assist clients with other health goals specific to their needs.
